This is what Clinton did and is EXACTLY what got us in the mess of 9/11!

After each of 9 terrorist attacks against the United States and our interests Bill Clinton stated that the Justice Department would track down those responsible and hold them accountable. Each time they became more and more bold on their attacks and no one was ever brought to justice who could be held accountable for the issuing of the orders.

The Army will go after the command of the Taliban, will the Justice Department? I don't think so, they will have burdens of proof to make to obtain warrants. How do you get a suicide bomber o confess that he bombed something on someones orders?
