This is just disgusting. Because Obama only controls the Presidency and the Congress he fears he can't get his socialized medicine approved. Therefore instead of making the program more in tuned with what the people ofthe United States may want, he choses to change the rules of general voting.
Anyone who believes that we are living in a free republic is out of touch with reality. This man is just doing what he wants and changing the goal posts as he goes along.
What is the sense of having elections of the electors will not do OUR bidding? I thought that was what the whole system was about. We the people elected people to represent us. That way a collective agreement could be made as to the best course of action based upon what the majority of people in these United States wanted.
The theory was that we would elect people who had ideas that were like ours, and they would inturn deliver that message to congress, the senate and even the president would be of like mind. That if any one of the three started doing just what they wanted that the other two would stop them. Even if it went so far as two of the branches started doing just what they wanted and ignored the will of the people the third could stop it.
Apparently not, this change has stopped the process of doing what the people want and is now about what the decisions of ONE MAN want.
Can anyone tell me what the form of government is one where One man makes all the rules?
