Now we have another network, long the bastion of liberal media bias, added to the current administration’s fold: NBC, particularly its cable affiliate MSNBC, which is owned by General Electric. Let’s not forget that GE is a big recipient of taxpayer bail-out money and of lucrative government contracts.
As Bill O’Reilly reported last night, GE has been receiving government largesse while its Chairman and CEO, Jeffrey R. Immelt, is serving as an economic advisor to President Obama. This is going on even as the independent regulatory agency, the Securities and Exchange Commission, has charged GE with fraudulent cooking of its books!"
