New Black Panther members protected by Obama and Holder?: "It becomes curiouser and curiouser as to why the New Black Panthers are being protected by Attorney General Eric H. Holder after they intimidated voters in 2008. What role President Barack Obama has played in this coverup remains an unanswered question. Why were these charges dismissed?
Once again Holder is being requested to respond by April 12, 2010 on whether or not he intends to cooperate. If he doesn't do so, it raises the question of what Obama and Holder are hiding from the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and why?
U.S. Commission on Civil Rights Chairman Gerald A. Reynolds has said that the Justice Department repeatedly refused to provide any basic information about the case. Holder's office responded to his request claiming vague and generalized privileges.
The Justice Department refused to turn over documents sought by the commission to explain why a civil complaint was dismissed against the New Black Panthers Party who disrupted a Philadelphia polling place in the November 2008 election."
