Labour group backs suspected terrorist - 660News

Labour group backs suspected terrorist - 660News: "A Canadian man from Sudan, on the United Nations no-fly list, is being backed by members of the Canadian Labour Congress.

The C.L.C handed money to Abousfian Abdelrazik Friday, International Human Rights Day, claiming his rights are being violated.

Ottawa won't allow Abdelrazik to get a job, bank account or passport, which are all moves required by a U.N. resolution calling on countries to freeze the funds and financial assets of people on the list, and prevent them from travelling.

According to QMI Agency, he's on the no-fly list because the United Nations believes he has ties to al-Qaida, has attended terrorist training camps and was friends with millenium bomber Ahmed Ressam when they both lived in Montreal.

The U.S. government and courts in France also link him to Osama bin Laden's top advisor."
