Justice Kagan’s Previous Healthcare Work May Hinder Impartial Decision-Making | Personal Liberty Digest: "On June 30, a group of 49 Republican members of Congress asked the House Judiciary Committee to investigate Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan’s role in the preparation of a legal defense for President Barack Obama’s healthcare law.

According to The Washington Times, the group, which includes GOP Presidential candidates and Representatives Ron Paul (R-Texas) and Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.), is arguing that Kagan’s time spent working with the Obama Administration should disqualify her from considering any challenges to the law."
