ISIS Demands Women Wear Full Veils to End 'Pretext Of Debauchery': On July 25 the Islamic State warned that women in Mosul must wear full veils "to end the pretext of debauchery."
The women were also told they "risk severe punishment" for not complying.
This comes amid news that the Islamic State has 3,000 fighters in Iraq: a number that approaches 20,000 "when new recruits...are included."
