Report: Michael Brown Had Prior Arrest For Murder | Western Free Press: Johnson is attempting to get the records through a legal process. Some have been challenging Johnson because the records are from when Brown was a juvenile. However, Johnson argues that those records are no longer sealed once the juvenile is dead.

It is important to note that this is a report that has not been substantiated by documents, yet. However, two police officers in St. Louis have confirmed the information to Johnson.
