Fauci: Ebola Protocols That 'Worked in Field' Not Adequate for 'Intensive Care Setting' | CNS News: Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Infectious Diseases, admitted on Sunday that precautions designed for treating Ebola in African bush country don't work in an intensive-care hospital setting.

"[T]he protocol that was originally recommended was a protocol that's a WHO (World Health Organization) protocol that's best fitted for out in the field. It doesn't cover every single aspect of your skin. That worked in the field.
