Soldier shot at war memorial near Canadian Parliament building | Fox News: A man with a rifle has shot a soldier at the National War Memorial in Ottawa, just steps away from the Canadian Parliament building, according to media reports.

Police told CBC that the shooter is not yet in custody.

There are also reports of gunfire inside the halls of Parliament, according to The Associated Press. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper has been taken to safety, Canada.com reports.
