Texas Ranked as Having Best Business Climate, Sixth Year in Row: Yet another survey has confirmed that Texas is home to the nation's best business climate.
For the sixth year in a row, Texas is the highest-ranked state in the Development Counsellors International's (DCI) "Winning Strategies in Economic Development Marketing" survey. The survey of U.S. corporate executives has tracked economic trends each year since 1996.
