Boehner's Office Lists 22 Times Obama Argued Against Executive Amnesty: House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) is using President Barack Obama’s own words to argue against executive action on immigration. Boehner spokesman Matt Wolking on Wednesday laid out 22 instances when Obama said he could not create or ignore immigration law — even though the president argued on Sunday that his “position hasn’t changed.”
