Scott Angulo: A reluctant hero

Scott Angulo: A reluctant hero: Scott Angulo says he was just doing his job.

He was doing his job when he picked up his rifle, followed the sound of gunshots and dashed into unknown horrors in a dead-end cul-de-sac.

He was doing his job when he pulled Leon County Deputy Colin Wulfekuhl, shot in the back, to safety.

When he shot and killed madman Curtis Wade Holley across the street from his home, his wife Elizabeth and their three young children hunkered down in the family’s bathroom, Angulo insists he simply was being a policeman.
