"Federal Bureau... he's an FBI agent:" Body cam footage released in arrest of drunk fed who shot at officers: An eight-year FBI agent is facing charges for shooting at a police sergeant, after he allegedly suffered some kind of alcohol-fueled, paranoia attack.
Ruben Hernandez was arraigned in a Kent County courthouse on Dec. 7, after he was arrested and charged with assault with intent to commit great bodily harm, assault with a dangerous weapon and brandishing a firearm in public.
According to mlive.com, his attorney says Hernandez suffered a “paranoia attack, possibly fueled by alcohol, early Dec. 6 inside Planet Fitness.”
