As the President-elect continues to send increasingly strong signals that he is going to engage in reversing the tide on progress in climate change through his Cabinet appointments, California’s governor is increasing his rhetoric. “We’ve got the scientists, we’ve got the lawyers, and we’re ready to fight. We’re ready to defend,” Brown said while addressing the American Geophysical Union in San Francisco, sending a forceful message to the President-elect and his team.
