Unexploded WWII bomb forces Christmas Day evacuations in Germany - CSMonitor.com: On Sunday, an unexploded bomb that was dropped on Augsburg, Germany during World War II prompted a Christmas Day evacuation of 54,000 people while authorities safely defused the device. The evacuation was the country's largest since the end of the war itself, over 70 years ago.
