President Trump signs first orders in Oval Office | Daily Mail Online

President Trump signs first orders in Oval Office | Daily Mail Online: President Donald Trump signed his first executive orders in the Oval Office on Friday evening
He declared General James Mattis Secretary of Defense and signed another targeted at Affordable Care Act
The second order was less precise - it vowed somewhat vaguely to 'ease the burden of Obamacare'
The orders came within minutes of Trump's official entrance to the White House after the Inaugural Parade
They were joined by their 10-year-old son Barron for a brief appearance before hopping back into their limo
Later, the couple will attend three inaugural balls in Washington DC after a long day of inaugural events
President Trump was sworn in at noon and delivered an elegy to Americans who had been 'forgotten'
Afterwards, the President and Vice President Mike Pence attended a luncheon in the Capitol Building
He paid tribute to former rival Hillary Clinton who attended the day's events with her husband Bill
