Radicalisation on the Rise in Italy: Italy’s terror threat level is lower than in other European countries but radicalisation is on the rise and more must be done on prevention, a government-appointed panel reported Thursday.
“The threat remains low,” commission head Lorenzo Vidoni told journalists, but “there is an increasing number of young people and women in our country who are becoming radicalized”.
