Mexican man deported for 6th time after arrest in Upstate NY near Canada border | NewYorkUpstate.com: A man with a long record of illegal entry into the United States is being deported for the sixth time.
The Department of Justice announced that Jose Alejandro Balderas-Figueroa was senetenced to time served (six weeks) for illegally re-entering the U.S. for the fifth time.
Balderas-Figueroa, 36, formerly of Pelham, Ala., admitted that he returned to the U.S. almost immediately after his previous deportation to Mexico on Oct. 6, 2016.
