Court: Cuomo administration must turn over records related to scandal - Times Union: ALBANY — Gov. Andrew Cuomo's administration must provide the New York Times with records related to a scandal involving his former top aide and others, an Albany County state Supreme Court justice ruled.
Justice Patrick McGrath on July 6 rejected the argument from Cuomo's lawyers that various records had been "complied for law enforcement purposes" and therefore were not subject to the state's open records law.
