ICE files detainer against Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, accused in NH crash that killed 7 motorcycle riders, officials say - masslive.com: The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has filed a detainer against Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, the Massachusetts man accused of slamming into a group of motorcyclists, killing seven, officials said.
Ben Champagne, the superintendent at the Coos County Department of Corrections, confirmed there was an immigration detainer filed against Zhukovskyy.
That detainer means Zhukovskyy could be deported. ICE could not immediately be reached for more information.
