NYC Police Union Urges Bill de Blasio To 'Step Aside' - Sara A. Carter: The New York City Police Benevolent Association (NYCPBA) is urging Mayor Bill de Blasio to “step aside or be removed, in a letter posted to Twitter Friday. The statement came shortly after de Blasio announced he’s ending his 2020 presidential campaign. His next move, de Blasio wrote in an op-ed, is to return to championing the working men and women of New York City.
