Ukraine Whistleblower's Attorney Advertises Crowdfunding Donations As Tax Deductible - Sara A. Carter: The whistleblower sounding the alarm on the phone call between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is raising red flags after a complaint was filed last week to the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG), according to documents exclusively obtained by Fox News.

The complaint alleges that the whistleblower received donations unlawfully as a current intelligence official and that some of those donations could be traced to a “foreign citizen or agent of a foreign government.”
