Where Does Constitution Say Congress Can Force Health Insurance on You? (2) : Glenn Beck – The 912 Project

Where Does Constitution Say Congress Can Force Health Insurance on You? (2) : Glenn Beck – The 912 Project

Here's a clue, It doesn't.
The government has a duty to protect it's citizens through the form of a standing army.
It also has the duty to regulate trade.

Other than that the constitution prohibits government from interfering on peoples lives. It limits their power on what they can tell people to do and what not to do. there was a federal speed limit at one time that was declared unconstitutional. because the federal government can not set demands on the people.
It is the responsibility of each state to do so, but the federal government is prohibited from doing so.
