This is typical Hillary Politics 101 - Blame republican's for her misdeeds. Better yet, blame Bush since his disapproval rating is the only one to beat hers. The reality of course as in with 9/11 is the fault is to be born by the Clintons who allowed this to happen by laying the groundwork for it. Then doing nothing time after time to stop it.
But when has Hillary Rodham Clinton allowed the facts to get in the way of what she wants?
