While scanning the news today I noticed two different incidents that had the same basic elements. However they were handled quite differently.
Both were regarding aircraft.
Both were regarding firearms, loaded.
One individual was known and a former police officer .. who was jailed.
One individual was misrepresenting himself and allowed to board the plane!
We need stronger enforcement and regulations that are fair to all passengers, not to mention some common sense.
