UPDATE: Man Wanted for Allegedly Killing Trooper is Former Police Officer
This is disgusting, but rather than bypass it I wanted to post it here.
The problem will being capturing him alive, since he knows how it is done.
The more a cop knows the more dangerous he becomes if he slips to the other side of law enforcement. Thankfully it happens with less frequency than priests committing sacrilege.
