Reported 2002 memo from Saddam Hussein regime to Zawahiri preceded Riyadh bombings (Regime of Terror): "Despite the most recent attempt by the Democrat-led Senate Intelligence Committee to 'report away' Saddam Hussein's links to terrorism, evidence reportedly from inside the former regime continues to reveal efforts by the former regime to cultivate ties with active terrorist groups. The most recent piece of evidence is provided by a Kurdish newspaper"
