13 killed as Iraqi prisoners try to escape - International Herald Tribune: "BAGHDAD: Six police officers and seven prisoners suspected of being members of Al Qaeda in Mesopotamia were killed early Friday in a fierce gunfight during a brazen jailbreak by militants at a police station in western Iraq, officials said."
