Obama Under Pressure On Interrogation Policy - washingtonpost.com: "President-elect Barack Obama introduced his nominees to head his national security team on Friday. But now Obama begins a perilous balancing act to fulfill his pledge to make a clean break with the detention and interrogation policies of the Bush administration while still effectively ensuring the nation's security."
Maybe Obama can talk to terrorists himself and get them to confess all their plans by just being nice?
I think that his campaign slogans are going to fall short in the face of reality. If not and he does away with our interview / interrogation methods then the USA will suffer tremendously from future attacks. Then what will American's think? Perhaps it is okay that we are under attack losing thousands of americans to terrorist attacls that coulld be prevented or more srerious interviewing methods?
