Is 5 billion dollars payback? Hell no, it is job security, they will ave the funds to rig the next election.
they are under investigation in more than half our states for voter fraud (registering dead people to vote for Obama. Mickey Mouse voted as well on an ACORN ballot in Florida)
For an impartial government subsidized organization they are not supposed to endorse any candidate, but the president of ACORN was on you tube and the MSM telling people to vote for Obama on the ACORN line.
Why not give them 5 BILLION dollars???
