FEMA: FEMA Announces Release Of Final Comprehensive Preparedness Guide 101: "WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) announced today the release of the final Comprehensive Preparedness Guide (CPG) 101: 'Developing and Maintaining State, Territorial, Tribal, and Local Government Emergency Plans.'"
