This is the amount of the money that has been spent by Obama to hide his $10.00 birth certificate.
See a letter from his lawyer Robert F. Bauer trying to intimidate a plaintiff to recover lost money if he continued to pursue the suit.
Why did the judge not grant the damages? because it would open the entire case to the higher court of appeals and give the case standing.
