He voted present. We have already lost the initiative in any terrorist attacks as they have become aware that Obama is unwilling to do anything. Statements made by would be "pirates" are reflecting the attitude that they will become more violent next time. Not that they have been deterred.

Obama has failed us in his first test and it was not even against the hard core terrorists that are the real threat to our homeland.
