Obama says that he wants us all to be able to chose our own health care. That if we have a health care plan we like we can keep it, but that we can opt in for a government health care plan of his creation.
Now there are quite a few problems with Obama care.
One we don't have the doctors or medical facilities to handle the amount of new people that will be REQUIRED to get health care. This will create a serious shortage and massive wait times unlike anything the US has EVER seen.
It is also much more costly than they realize. The CBO has been chastised for giving a very modest accounting of 1 trillion dollars to start the plan. It is estimated that it will actually cost 2 trillion to just get it started, then over the next 10 years another 2 trillion to 10 trillion depending on how many people need care.
Then there is the problem that the government will have to cut costs because it simply can not afford to provide health care for everyone. Though they say that you an have your own medical insurance it is estimated that 24 million people Will lose their health care because companies can not compete with a taxpayer driven bare bones health care plan that is mandatory.
One last thing, free health care is not free. It will cost approximately 1/3 of your pay before taxes are taken out, then the rest of your taxes will be taken out of your pay including a failing social security that the government is unable to run.
Is this really an attempt at getting the government to handle all of the health care in the country.
Simply put, YES. This is Obama's plan no matter what he says and he says a lot. he says that he does not want single payer health care and that there is no Trojan horse.
But he also said he didn't want to run a car company. We now own General Motors and he is their CEO.
Now Obama's words the evidence ... he said this week:
Video 2:58 and Obama quote
"Let me also address an illegitimate concern that's being put forward by those who are claiming a public option is somehow a Trojan Horse for a single-payer system. I'll be honest: There are countries where a single-payer system works pretty well. But I believe -- and I've taken some flak from members of my own party for this belief -- that it's important for our efforts to build on our traditions here in the United States. So when you hear the naysayers claim that I'm trying to bring about government-run health care, know this: They're not telling the truth." --President Barack Obama to the American Medical Association
However:
Watch this short video and LISTEN to what he and the crafters of Obama care are saying.
You can easily tell he is playing two sides of the game, he may not want single payer, government run, government controlled health care, but that is exactly what is being set up now.
So far Obama has given us a stimulus bill that has actually made matters WORSE. Unemployment is higher than he said it would be if he did not get the stimulus plan enacted. He simply does not understand a free market, he is basing his economic policies on a socialist agenda which he believes will work.
health care will put us squarely in the governments pocket.
As Americans the American dream will be gone. People will be forced to rely on the government to make sure that they are fed let alone taken care of. There will be no room for getting your own house with a yard, two cars or anything. Vacations will be non existent. Your recreation will have to be given up in favor of things that do not cost money because the Government will take it all.
This is not fear mongering. This is factual. The government is now running ABC news as their own media arm. Why would we believe anything without opposing views?
I encourage every person of voting age to contact your representatives and tell them to vote no on any health care bill that Obama puts forward.
there is NO ONE in the country who needs to go without medical treatment. Every medical facility in this country is required to offer emergency medical service regardless of the ability to pay.
Find and contact your representative now. Tell them to vote NO on any Health care bills by this administration.
