As stated by a modern president: “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable. John F. Kennedy”

But they have not been listening especially the one who is making this country as he sees fit not as we want. President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden are the ones who have their own agenda and are NOT doing as we wish and pressuring the Congress and Senate to do as they wish.

Since they will no longer listen to US then we have to take the next step, which is PEACEFUL redress for grievances according to our standing Constitution. Our founding fathers gave us this power at the very threat of death by the King Of England. Similarly we now stand to be branded as “Domestic terrorists” by Obama’s Justice and DHS Departments if we protest the government in almost any way from Blogs that are not MSM to saying anything against climate control. We have a right and a DUTY to challenge our government in a respectful and legal fashion.  This right was given to us by our creator, and guaranteed with the blood of our forefathers who established the constitution. "Liberty must at all hazards be supported. We have a right to it, derived from our Maker. But if we had not, our fathers have earned and bought it for us, at the expense of their ease, their estates, their pleasure, and their blood." --John Adams. 1765

Legislation is being pushed through Congress at speeds never before seen which have had very drastic consequences.

Although Obama has been asked to slow down he remains committed to pass legislation very fast, in large proportions without the bills ever being read! After they are examined they are found to be more than just lacking, they have been found to do the exact opposite of what the intention of their signers has been.

From --Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 71: "When occasions present themselves, in which the interests of the people are at variance with their inclinations, it is the duty of the persons whom they have appointed to be the guardians of those interests, to withstand the temporary delusion, in order to give them time and opportunity for more cool and sedate reflection."

Clearly this is not being done. Obama has attempted to pass so much faulty legislation that his last major piece, the health care bill is riddled with legislation that is actually against the interests of Americans who want a longer life because it is not “cost effective” The Bill itself actually says there are taxes which shall not be treated as taxes!

PG 203 Line 13-18

‘‘(4) NOT TREATED AS TAX IMPOSED BY THIS  CHAPTER FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.—The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax imposed by this chapter for purposes of determining  the amount of any credit under this chapter or for purposes of section 55.’’.

In his push to meet his agenda he and his proponents argue that something has to be done and that inactivity is not an option. That has been the hallmark of each piece of legislation that has failed under his administration. I disagree, I think that instead of rapidly passing through legislation that may have unintended consequences we need to set the pace much slower. Examine the consequences of the action and exclude that which harms our society, economy or more importantly our Freedom. Obama promises that we can keep our health care package if we want to, that the government option will be available if we don’t like our plan. But that in itself is one of the many lies he states about his plan.

Of Course Obama and his Liberal democrats have stated that everybody has to give up some of their wealth to help other less fortunate people. This is not the basis for our government. This is the basis of the United Soviet Socialist Republic under Stalin and Lenin.

Obama does not want bills read by the American People, nor even by the people that sign them. This is not an open and honest government. This is tyranny.

Our governments founding principles were easily understood in this respect of giving up so your countrymen could have their fair share. Thomas Jefferson said : "To take from one, because it is thought his own industry and that of his fathers has acquired too much, in order to spare to others, who, or whose fathers, have not exercised equal industry and skill, is to violate arbitrarily the first principle of association, the guarantee to everyone the free exercise of his industry and the fruits acquired by it."  Jefferson also said “The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not.”

We are not a socialist based people. We are not even a democracy. We are a REPUBLIC.

We now have members of our society, high ranking officials in our Military challenging Obama’s orders for deployment based upon their belief that he has not proven his eligibility to hold office. Despite at least 21 law suits at the cost of over 1 million dollars Obama has still failed to produce a valid Birth Certificate to prove he is eligible to hold office.

He demands transparency for President Bush’s foreign policy and releases classified documents regarding the war on terror that have actually benefitted the enemy in his promise for “transparency in government” yet he can not release his own birth certificate, college records, high school records, passport, selective service registration papers, adoption papers, thesis or even his kindergarten records. All because he wants to retain HIS privacy? The hierocracy of it all is just astounding and audacious.

If you look through my blog here you can see that he is simply lying about his health care bill when he says it will not create any deficits. The CBO has stated flat out that it is actually unsustainable in cost because it creates so much debt.

He is trying desperately to control and outlaw the private ownership of our second amendment right to keep and bear arms. Stating that it is for a safer America.

The very reason that we have the second amendment is to preserve the constitution against a tyrannical government in the first place. As stated by Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government. Again this position was revisited and confirmed in the Supreme Court In 1833,  by Justice Joseph Story, appointed to the Supreme Court by our Constitution's principal author, James Madison, wrote the following in his "Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States": "The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of the republic; since it offers a strong moral check against usurpation and arbitrary power of the rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them."

We can not allow any of our rights guaranteed by the constitution to be given up at any time for any reason. Perhaps in our generation we do not need the arms to defend ourselves, but the next may. If they are outlawed then the next generation will be hard pressed to get that right back if indeed they ever do. Which is precisely why the statement of John Adams in the rights of the colonists says: "If men through fear, fraud or mistake, should in terms renounce and give up any essential natural right, the eternal law of reason and the great end of society, would absolutely vacate such renunciation; the right to freedom being the gift of God Almighty, it is not in the power of Man to alienate this gift, and voluntarily become a slave."

Now I have heard many people say, President Bush did this or that. he was responsible for the patriot act. In fact the entire congress was very eager to sign the patriot act after reading it. There was no hidden agenda, it was simply to protect us from terrorism. yet Obama has said basically that we are no longer in a war with terrorists, yet he not only continued the Patriot Act but made it more strong and more intrusive on American’s rights. I can only fearfully wonder why.  He is spending in record amounts that can not possibly be paid in our or our children's lifetime. Also against the very core beliefs of our founding fathers who said: It is incumbent on every generation to pay its own debts as it goes. A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world. and "The principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale." also "If Congress can do whatever in their discretion can be done by money, and will promote the General Welfare, the Government is no longer a limited one, possessing enumerated powers, but an indefinite one...." --James Madison

Obama’s policies have done nothing but make a larger government, more costly and more fundamentally intrusive on the rights of the people and costing us in the form of our property for “the good of the rest of America” However once again we find that this is not what we as a nation were founded on in principle  “My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government.” ~~ Jefferson also he said “I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.”    and   “A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government.“    James Madison, “the father of the Constitution,” said, “"The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite."

Our bail outs that were started under Bush were for Billions of dollars. Yet under Obama that number has reached an astounding $23 TRILLION dollars American taxpayers now owe! We can not possibly pay that back. We are indebted to China now and if they demand their money back we will be bankrupt as a Nation. We will suffer hyperinflation. Currently we are in a recession with unemployment at 10% or higher in 14 states. Many states are on the verge of insolvency because they can not continue with the plans that have been instituted by the federal government’s stimulus package that was signed into law this year. These programs must continue or the money must be paid back to the government. As States struggle to find ways to pay for the continued bloating deficits more and more people become unemployed. Obama’s idea of spending his way out of debt has actually done more harm than good. He rushed through his stimulus package with the dire warning that if not passed, unemployment could reach as high as   8 & 1/2 %. We have surpassed that number and are in freefall now. His answer is to add trillions of dollars of more debt to fix the problem. As recently stated by his Vice President ““We’re going to go bankrupt as a nation,” Biden said. Yet they continue to spend money as if that will fix the problem. As a matter of fact that is EXACTLY what they think which defies any logic.  “Now, people when I say that look at me and say, ‘What are you talking about, Joe? You’re telling me we have to go spend money to keep from going bankrupt?’” Biden said. “The answer is yes, that's what I’m telling you.” They admit that they have no clue on how to read the economy and have failed to read it properly in the past.

Any one who is an adult, who has taken care of their own finances and has gotten in trouble with them knows from their own experience that you can not pay off debt by creating more. lets be honest about this and stop worrying about who is a democrat or who is a republican. This is bad reasoning and can not be justified. I can only imagine that if they had been the captain of the Titanic their reasoning would have been to add water to the back of the boat to balance out the water in the front of the boat to keep it from tipping.

Clearly we no longer have a wise and frugal government. We have a government who is attempting to suppress our freedom of speech by threat and intimidation by calling us domestic terrorists. We have a government who has spent more money than it ever has in our history, passing legislation that has not even been read, yet represents a larger debt than ever recorded in our history. They fully expect us the people of the United States to bear the burden in taxes without our knowledge of the legislation or our consent. They are attempting to subvert our knowledge and understanding of these events through the direct manipulation of the main Stream media who’s responsibility was to protect us against this very thing. That is why we have Freedom of the press. Yet most main stream media has turned into a state approved propaganda machine.

Obama had a brilliant campaign in which he ran on Hope and Change. What we have seen is very reminiscent of a socialist take over from the very beginning, but you need to understand the basic principles of the socialist agenda.

They are known as the: COMMUNIST RULES FOR REVOLUTION (Captured at Dusseldorf in May 1919 by Allied Forces)

1. Corrupt the young; get them away from religion. Get them interested in sex. Make them superficial; destroy their ruggedness.
2. By specious argument cause the breakdown of old moral virtues; honesty, sobriety, continence, faith in the pledged word, ruggedness.
3. Encourage civil disorders and foster a lenient and soft attitude on the part of government toward such disorders. (L.A. riots were just a coincidence? ... Of course!)
4. Divide the people into hostile groups by constantly harping on controversial matters of no importance. (Racial differences?)
5. Get people's minds off their government by focusing their attention on athletics, sexy books, plays, and other trivialities.
6. Get control of all means of publicity. (Media)
7. Destroy the people's faith in their natural leaders by holding the latter up to contempt, ridicule and obloquy (disgrace).
8. Cause the registration of all firearms on some pretext, with a view to confiscation and leaving the population helpless

Well Hope and change is good to some extent, but to just believe that some Junior Senator with no experience what so ever is able to handle the most powerful position in the planet is irresponsible on our part. Hope and change do not occur with on the job training in such positions. “He that lives upon hope will die fasting.” - Ben Franklin

Obama himself KNEW he was not ready for the job that he has taken, but was propped up by political supporters to do a job he now can not handle.

All he has done is make political pay offs for his position with our money. That was the point of the entire stimulus package. Only 6% was designed to be spent this year and none of it has created any real jobs. Mismanagement of funds has been found already in the 9,000 earmarks including $6 billion dollars to the one place that he did any work in the past. he gave ACORN $6 billion dollars for their past support and future support where he spent his time as a community organizer. ACORN is supposed to be non partisan and not give opinions on who to vote for. which is how they get money from the government to promote voting in general. Not for Republican or democrat, but just to vote. Now under investigation in 22 states for voter registration fraud. With convictions of members found to have tampered with votes they have become blatant on their support.

This is the exact reason that Obama gave them $6 Billion dollars to continue their projects and illegal activities while under investigation.

We MUST take action now to let our representatives know that the way that our country is going is NOT acceptable and that we wish to return to the premise of individual freedom. Where a person can work and make their own fortunes. Not have to worry about the amount of ridiculous taxes meant to keep us economically disadvantaged. We must let them know that personal responsibility is what we strive for, not the proposed talking care of 12 million illegal aliens by putting them on free medical care while depriving our seniors of benefits.

We need less government intervention, more restoration of individual freedoms, economic freedom, freedom of choice which is being taken away day by day, lie by lie.

It is time to once again have  great government and understand what that means. It is not about how the government owes you something to take care of you. It is about how the people are free to take care of themselves while government protects them from influences that would make choices unavailable. we have lost sight of that over the years. We have gone from John F. Kennedy declaring “Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country”

to People like Peggy Joseph who states "It was the most memorable time of my life. It was a touching moment because I never thought this day would ever happen. I won't have to worry about putting gas in my car. I won't have to worry about paying my mortgage. You know, if I help him, he's gonna help me."

We as a nation have lost our way, but it is time to restore the republic. Not by making new laws, but rather by returning to the intent of the original ideas that our founding fathers had which served us so well against people who tried to subvert our country in the past. If we lose our fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the constitution we will never get them back without bloodshed.  It is our absolute right to demand these freedoms despite what Obama and his new Department of Homeland Security say. “Among the natural rights of the colonists are these: First a right to life, secondly to liberty, and thirdly to property; together with the right to defend them in the best manner they can” -Samuel Adams

It is time to let the government know we are unhappy with the choices that they are making that forces us to have no choices and limit our freedom. When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty. ~~Thomas Jefferson

They can not ignore us, they can not silence us if we follow our hearts, demand our representatives represent us, not themselves or their political parties. I urge you to join the Constitutional Convention of 2009. Contact your representatives and tell them that you want an open honest government. No more taxes, we don’t want to pay for the health care of illegal aliens, we do not want to pay for other peoples mistakes, we will not give up our rights to keep and bear arms, or be silenced due to threats of the government. Do not be afraid to confront them and demand that they read bills they sign. Hold them accountable to what legislation they approve or disapprove of. Let them know that you demand freedom and that you are expressing your ideas as a citizen. Demand that if you have to live by some healthcare plan, then they have to take the same one as well. All men are created equal.
