NBC News reports on missing Obama birth certificate

NBC News reports on missing Obama birth certificate: "NBC News reports on missing Obama birth certificate.

On the NBC Evening News broadcast, anchor Brian Williams devoted 3 minutes this evening to the 'conspiracy' theory of Obama's Birth Certificate. He showed the sensational internet video clip of Rep. Mike Castle’s (R-Del.) town hall meeting where the assembled crowd angrily demanded Obama produce his actual Birth Certificate. NBC showed a close up of the words ‘Certificate of Live Birth’ from the document posted on Obama’s campaign website, but Williams erroneously called it Obama’s Birth Certificate, when in fact, they are very different documents. Williams’ report mentioned that the many lawsuits, seeking to force Obama to release his certified and notarized birth certificate, had been dismissed, but (he) failed to ‘esplane’ that (so far) the only Cause of Action to have been adjudicated (in all of these jurisdictions), has been the issue of standing rather than the central issue itself. Williams then played cuts of CNN’s Lou Dobbs and Rush Limbaugh (on-air) raising questions about this issue, but neglected to mention that such comments, by these two broadcast giants, were very recent developments and that they had previously shied away from this entire issue."
