Deficit neutral? 2 trillion fo debt over 10 years along with unknown and unforseen rising costs is not deficit neutral.
Also Gibbs makes it sound like there is only one insurance company in America and this is going to give them competition and drive the price down. That is the biggest load of horsehit ever. There are THOUSANDS of insurance companies in America. They do not compete because the government has regulations keeping them within their own boundaries. Allow them to grow and compete if this is what Obama is so much for.
