'We are indeed talking about a terrorist attack,' Vladimir Markin, spokesman for Russia's federal investigative committee, was quoted as saying by Interfax today.
Investigators have found 'elements of an explosive device' at the site of a Russian train disaster that killed dozens of people, the country's federal investigative committee says.
'At the site of the accident of the Nevsky Express ... the investigating team from the investigative committee of Russian prosecutors found and removed elements of an explosive device,' the committee said in a statement today."
