It appears Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab's alleged attempted underwear bombing over Detroit on Christmas Day wasn't his first stop in America.
In 2008, Abdulmutallab attended a 16-day Islamic conference in Houston sponsored by the Al-Maghrib Institute."
