CIA: Al-Qaeda to Try to Attack US In 3-6 Months | Christian Action Network: "Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair has told Congress that it is 'certain' that Al-Qaeda will try to attack the United States within the next three to six months, The New York Daily News reports. CIA Director Leon Panetta said that the terrorist organization has dispatched operatives to the country that have as clean of a background as possible so as to avoid detection, and is trying to inspire Muslims in the U.S. to carry out attacks on their own.
'The biggest threat is not so much that we face an attack like 9/11. It is that Al Qaeda is adapting its methods in ways that oftentimes make it difficult to detect,' Panetta said.
'It's the lone-wolf strategy that I think we have to pay attention to as the main threat to this country.'"
