Obama's budget - contempt for the wealthy? (OneNewsNow.com)

Obama's budget - contempt for the wealthy? (OneNewsNow.com): "An expert on charitable giving has some sharp criticisms for President Barack Obama's proposed budget.

Rick Dunham is president and CEO of Dunham+Company, an international strategic consulting firm that helps Christian ministries with marketing, fundraising, and media strategies. Dunham says Obama's proposed 2010 budget has created concern among the non-profit community.

'Probably the greatest concern is the focus on trying to fund the budget through tax increases on households making $200,000 or more,' says Dunham. 'What most people don't understand is [that] nearly 50 percent of [households] in that category are...either partnerships or Subchapter S corporations. So what you're really doing is you're undermining small business.'"
