What They Told Us: Reviewing Last Week’s Key Polls - Rasmussen Reports™: "For some people, no means yes.
Thirty-nine percent (39%) of U.S. voters, in fact, think it’s just fine that Republicans in Washington are serving as the Party of No. Democrats have tagged the GOP with the nickname because they won’t go along with President Obama’s agenda.
Seventy-four percent (74%) of voters correctly identify Republicans as the political party some have labeled the Party of No. Despite, or perhaps because of, this high level of awareness, Republicans have built a solid lead over Democrats on the Generic Congressional Ballot.
Speaking of unhappiness with the president’s agenda, 24% of voters now consider themselves a part of the Tea Party movement. That’s an eight-point increase over the past month, a period in which congressional Democrats most notably passed their national health care plan. Another 10% say they are not a part of the movement but have close friends or family members who are."
