(CNSNews.com) – If House Speaker Nancy Pelosi expected a friendly reception as the keynote speaker at a gathering of liberals on Tuesday, she was disappointed.
First, the Code Pink anti-war group unfurled a banner reading, “Stop Funding Israeli Terror.”
Then, moments later, members of an activist group demanding federal funding of in-home nursing care disrupted Pelosi’s speech – shouting, jeering and rejecting Pelosi’s attempts to mollify them.
