The “O’Reilly Factor” last night led with two blatant examples of the Obama Department of Justice’s blatant perversion of its law enforcement duties: its decision to drop the case against the New Black Panther Party’s voter intimidation at a Philadelphia polling station and its lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Arizona’s illegal immigration statute.
A former Justice Department attorney has accused Attorney General Eric Holder of dropping this case for racially motivated reasons. J. Christian Adams resigned from the Voting Section of the Justice Department after he was ordered to refuse compliance with the the Civil Rights Commission’s lawful subpoena.
Mr. Adams, who did testify yesterday, had this to say on a blog:
I stated on Fox News that it was clear to me that no cases against national racial minorities would issue from the Voting Section during this administration. Let’s hope they change their mind. I testified under oath today, because I had no choice, that those instructions were given by Deputy Assistant Attorney General (DAAG) Julie Fernandes.My understanding of her instructions were that no cases would be brought against national racial minorities by the Voting Section…
