Interview with Barney Frank on the House passage of FinReg – from The Kudlow Report on 6/30. While the whole Interview is pretty maddening, Congressman Frank admits that the banks will fail after Kudlow asks him about provisions in the bill that actually institutionalize bailouts of the banks that are “Too Big To Fail” (at the 3:22 minute mark)
