Recession taking toll on homeless shelters (OneNewsNow.com): "Due to the rising demands of the economy, the Union Rescue Mission in Los Angeles will begin charging for services starting next month. But another local shelter is trusting God to provide for its needs as it struggles to meet the increasing demand."
