In an interview with FOX News on Jan. 2, Representative Fred Upton (R-Mich.) said that he does not know if there will be enough votes to repeal Obamacare, but he believes it will be close to the two-thirds majority needed to do so. The date of Obama's State of the Union speech has yet to be finalized, but it will likely occur in late January."
