Three-Quarters Of Illegal Immigrants Are Not Apprehended At U.S. Border, Report Says | Personal Liberty Digest: "Three out of four illegal aliens who cross the United States border evade detention, according to new documents obtained by the bipartisan group Judicial Watch.

The organization recently exercised its rights granted by the Freedom of Information Act and requested the statistics from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency. The documents reveal that 463,382 illegal immigrants who tried to cross the border in fiscal year 2010 were apprehended by government agents, including 8,905 smugglers. Only 3,027 of the smugglers were deemed 'deportable.'"
