New Law Bans Baggy Pants In Schools - Education News Story - WKMG Orlando

New Law Bans Baggy Pants In Schools - Education News Story - WKMG Orlando: "ORLANDO, Fla. -- Students in Florida won't be spanked, but they will be punished if they don't pull up their pants.

Gov. Rick Scott on Thursday signed the bill, championed by state Sen. Gary Siplin, of Orlando, into law.

The bill bans students in Florida from wearing clothing that exposes their undergarments or indecently exposes body parts while at school.

Students will be warned the first time they're caught, and their parent or guardian will be notified."
